Signed an Agreement on investments and participant’s rights (investment agreement) in connection to the founded joint venture. In accordance with the investment agreement the parties agreed to establish a joint venture for manufacturing of solar modules based on Oerlikon Solar (Switzerland) thin-film technology.
The total amount of financing will constitute US$ 654.9 billion.
